I am tremendously excited to announce that I will start publishing chapter 4 of my webcomic, Tales from the Interface (tfti.inkorpora.com) on August 6th. This hiatus has been nerve-wrecking for me. I was always so scared that I would have to rebuild my readership. Thankfully, some of you visited from time to time here and other social medias. This meant the world to me and I am truly grateful when people take some time to write me a note.
Look at the snazzy trailer I made:
Counting everything, this chapter was close to a year in the making. Why is that? Well, there are many reasons.
Firstly, I want to put forward by best work, I will not release something I feel is below my capacity. I had very interesting discussions with artists who have a more sketchy approach to comic. For sure, it would allow me to produce more and be seen more. It also would have the benefit of giving me more storytelling practice. But when I look at a sketched page, I just feels incomplete and frustrates me. Now, if this style matches the story, it can be great. If I can think of a story that would benefit this, I might even give it a shot. Actually, I have done it for some panels on occasion. I’d love to hear your opinion on the matter.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. The wait is almost over!

What a year, I’ve been extremely fortunate with my comic.
I have launched the site in February and have received amazing feedback from readers and critics for the first 3 chapters.
I have received 4 great reviews and given 2 interviews. You can read them on my press page. Joshua Davidson of Bleeding Cool gave my comic the #3 position in the Top Independent Comic of 2017.
I have attented two conventions this year: Fantasticon and Expozine. I am planning on attending a few more in 2018. It’s really cool to meet readers who pass by and talking about my work. Reception has been great so far and I am getting more comfortable explaining my thought process.
Chapter 4 is progressing steadily, and I have inked 18 pages of 24. Color will start soon, really looking forward to starting this part of the process. I post regular updates on Instagram if you want to take a peek.
So a big thanks you to you, my readers and friends for keeping up with my work and all your good words!
